Not really I don’t care about money like that. But a lot of times I spend my weekends grinding out music n stuff instead of going out all the time

I’ve spent a lot of my younger years grinding out the weekends because the money was good. But you lose a lot in the day to day things in life. It’s okay if you’re young and single but as I’ve gotten older I like the slow pace of life now.

Yeah I just worked my first weekend/evening shift at my new job and the rate was $92 an hour lol definitely taking as many of those shifts as possible. Can always take some weekdays off which is usually better anyway cause less crowds wherever you wanna go.

Famously hard job to get. Each union in each city is different but out here they only give one application to each longtime union member for them to give to whoever they want.

They almost always give it to their direct family member so you got generations of father sons and uncles down here. one of my best friends works there and gave me his application which is which is probably gonna be life changing. In 2018 they did a big lottery with 1500 applications and my number got pulled in the 1300s so I had to wait 8 to start but im f***ing finally working.

I worked weekend nights (Fri/Sat/Sun) for a good year and it wasn't a problem at all. I also got paid a lot more money for doing that (~40% more). anything I had to take care of in my free time I just did during the week.
