my 40s actually have been so kind to me so far, but I'd have to say 20s are better

30s we gon have money sooo...

I turn 30 next month.

Really feel like my 20s were largely about laying the groundwork for something. Spent way too much time screwing around and waiting for things to happen. My career didn't start in earnest until a few months ago and I'm only just starting to get a tiny bit of momentum as a writer after getting a publishing offer for a short story last month.

So I definitely hope my 30s will be better than my 20s. I look forward to cashing in on all the work I put in that didn't seem to be leading anywhere at the time.

20s is better bruh. No responsibilities if you don’t want it. By the time you’re in your 30s it’s time to start thinking about the rest of your life. Kids, marriage, buying a house, taking care of your parents etc.
