There are 2 treatments in the pipeline, the former is a hormonal cream you apply to the shoulders which lowers the sperm rate for as long as you use it. The latter is a gel which is medically implanted in the urethra, this sounds scary, but doesnt at all interrupt the flow of fluids, it just neutralises the sperm as it passes through.
