BALLSI’ve heard so many people say “oh if only I was famous”..... Obviously fame comes with both pros and cons. You have a great financial cushion and can provide for those you love. But, with fame you have less privacy, you always have the spotlight on you and can’t afford to make a mistake, and many famous people seem to generally be unhappy. Would you want to be famous or would u prefer a normal life?

Fame isnt worth it and would just diminish alot of the gains you'd get by being rich. Your dating, professional and family and life would all be impacted by people's unrealistic expectations of you and a sense of entitlement to your attention. I think the goat path for any creative is to be an afterthought to their art. Like the way george rr Martin is overshadowed by game of thrones or like Scorsese is with his movies. Musicians got a way harder time doing this obviously but it's still possible. Just avoid building a cult of personality where you can

The pressure and anxiety that comes from being famous is probably something very few people on this site will ever feel. With my anxiety how it is now, I couldn't imagine how that would be if I had millions of eyes on me at all times.
