    Yup

been a fun week for yapping though

  • And I only say that because it’s extremely clear both parties in the states have very little care to hold anyone who’s popped up accountable

It’s really all just citizens arrests so to speak in the form of “cancelling” or shunning those who have popped up

    They won’t. But they could

An admin even a tiny bit based in reality would probably resign in this situation

The reason it’s damning: the talking point around Jay Z is that no way he knew Weinstein in 1996 but………

the theory is that government is a big tool the people can use to exact their will. and that yes corrupt people can overrun the tool but they can also be kicked out and punished. which is usually what eventually happens. the last time we had this degree of corruption in america was the gilded age. but guess what, we made it out of the gilded age because teddy roosevelt got in (he got lucky, made it in as VP) and used the tools of government to actually crack down on corruption and put up barriers around those corrupting corporations so they would have a harder time getting back in.

I totally understand being skeptical that we’ll get a teddy roosevelt in office any time soon, and again he was only able to get in as a VP, even back then. but then I think it makes more sense to ask “is the tool we call government so overrun by corruption that we can’t use it for ourselves anymore?” instead of saying that the very concept of government itself makes no sense, or is always fated to lead to evil.

Yo I wont say anything to suggest s*** tho, but if i truly, i mean TRULY recall correctly.

I thought ive heard about multiple lottery winners selling the winning ticket in Chino Hills. I know there was a recent one that was one in there, but i swear its won multiple times a few years ago
