it's not about the age demographic of drake fans it's about how it will make drake look. and as for the election you can be sure all people all over the world gonna be talking about it for awhile regardless of their age
album probably been done for about a month at least given it was strongly rumored to drop on september 18/by end of summer. so i think drake changed up the original plan and is probably waiting for society get a bit "normal" again
or it could be he waiting to see when kendrick will drop or maybe hackers got to more of his album stuff
