i think its overall message is pretty interesting -- it definitely discusses things more salient than many other songs bein released in recent times -- i find the way it's delivered to be a bit stale tho. espc the "holy spirit come down" x8 part, that just takes up too much time for my liking

Damn. No replies to the most truthful comment thus far. When I had to log into my YouTube account on my smart TV just to play the vid I was like whoa what?! I’ve never had to do that before. But like you said WAP WAP WAP. The chart topping songs haven’t been the worst songs in hip hop for years now.

Well it being mid is fine if that’s how you feel. That just has to do with taste and yeah the bar Ye set is high so a lot has fallen under that. But I was referring to it coming and going. That’s kinda like it’s performance. It definitely did not perform well. But it was interesting that out of all these years I never had to login to prove my age to watch a vid on YT until I tried to play this one. Idk “insert Kanye shrug” but I do know ever since Ye has been speaking some harsh truths, often times not expressed well or with good delivery, but truths nonetheless, the smear campaign has definitely been in full affect.
