Yeah I understand that however nobody is perfect. He was young and in jail so obvi he was a trouble maker but jail is different. That gay guy should of known. It was really the guards fault. X felt uncomfortable cos he kept checking him out not saying it was the right thing to do but X just didn’t beat his ass for no reason and maybe more than he should have but like I said X was in different mind state at that age.
