Do you know if the Xbox one D pad is quiet ? The Series controller is loud as s*** for no reason

It's not as loud as the series X controller but it still makes a click sound. I would say it's medium loud if that makes sense

It's definitely louder than the controllers of the ps1, ps2, mega drive, GC and wii which almost don't make a sound at all

but yea main reason why I wanna buy a new controller is the fact that my xbone controller d pad got broken a second time (after fixing it the first time). it's constantly pressing the left d pad (physically) and I can't stop it.
I played Crash Team Racing with the dpad like a madman btw

it feels like your turns get sharper if you push down the dpad stronger

nah seriously I don't think that dpad was made to be the main way to control a game that you can play all day

it's probably just there to get you through menus and stuff
