This the only Xenoblade game I’ve yet to play. It’s got mechs as well, gonna scratch that Gundam itch. i need to go into an induced coma until March

i didn't like the combat in normal xenoblade chronicles. how does this one compare? more actiony at all?

From what I can tell from videos I’ve watched, it’s most similar to XBC1 in terms of combat. Although I expect & hope for some tweaks and QOL updates along with it.
