I got busted for 11 Grams at my college. Showed up in a nice ass shirt and tie, talked to the DA and got it dropped to an ACD (basically means theyll drop charges if im good for 6 months). Stayed out of trouble, got it stripped from my record.

I got arrested last year for driving with a quad. I got Pretrial diversion which is basically probation but if u don’t get in trouble for 6 months/1 year it gets dismissed and u can get it expunged later. U only get PD if it’s ur first offense ever tho and some prosecutors won’t go for it
