Don't have any recent examples in mind but I get a lot of weird dreams involving some body horror like that thing u said or like disgusting animals

Maybe it’s like a real primal fear humans have subconsciously. Like no one ever thinks about how anxiety inducing losing all your teeth is but on a primal level, that’s one of the worst things that can happen to us

Just started happening since I was a kid. I got certain postures that I shouldn't sleep in or else I get bad nightmares. It sounds so nutty but I wish I was making this s*** up
