Higher temperatures doesn't neccesarily mean better pizza, pizzw baked at higher temperatures WILL be softer, more tender, and floppier. These cook usually for about 2 min at 800*f
However they will taste more "Fresh"
With 550*f pizza being crispy, crunchy, chewy, and a robust flavor profile because of the long bake. These cook for 6 to 8 min.
