Just any factory mask lol. They make yall work without one?
Yeah bruh s*** is FOUL, it was in my snot. quit?
Mask ain’t protecting you from that?
Worked on factory and there was a locksmith workshop, if you stayed there without mask for longer than 5 minutes had the same s***. It’s micro metallic shavings probably

i think im not gonna go to the hospital, sounds like covid and high waiting time for no reason
If your factory is cutting metal this is fairly normal. It's just the aerosolized metal getting caught in the hairs of your nose.

Tbh it was my first day but yes it's stamping metal parts maqking them bend (atleast my department) but I know theres welders and stuff.

Yea it's not too bad then. If your planning on doing this job long term tho start wearing a mask. That metal can really f*** up your nasal passage
They should have you on a MINIMUM wearing some sort of dust mask.
Ideally you would be wearing a respirator with cartridges.
You have inhaled fine metal particles and shavings, not good at all.
OP probably about to lose his hearing too, these places loud as f*** too.
Imagine not wearing hearing protection.
Earbuds =/= ear plugs

They do have hearing protection and offer it. BUT I was at a concert called ''Lost Lands'' it was a 4 day festival and I took 1,000,000 watts to the ear in 2018 (no cap, it was so loud it was on the news and they had to lower it 2019) but anyways hearing isnt really a concern.
If I inhaled fine metal particales and shavings whats the worse that can happen? my chest is feeling kinda tight did it like cut my lungs or sum lol

You're taking your health and your life as a joke. I work in an industrial setting for a living, my hearing and lungs are still good because I always wear my PPE.
Basically it will increase your risk of lung cancer, bronchitis and anathema, also nervous system and kidney damage may result as well.
Even worse IF there is any grinding going on (pretty sure there is because you mentioned welders) you will develop silicosis.
Basically
"When you inhale the dust, silica particles scar your lungs, causing a disabling, irreversible, and incurable lung disease called silicosis."
Basically it might get to a point where you will die of lung failure later in life.
And about your hearing, I don't care if you where in a marine artillery battalion, you need to protect your hearing. Hearing damage is cumulative, which means once you realize you have damage it's too late
ER's are only worried about covid? well f*** them my health is more important -taco bell fart intensifies
