Bro I’m high key athletic af and can hoop too, but at my age I done seen to many injuries and recently got my knee kneed by somebody (mf was trynna take a charge in a pickup game) dumb ass mf and I was dead ass in a lot of pain. Besides working out, hooping, and listening to music ion do much tbh

Aye bro dead ass I had sweats (shorts underneath)4 layers on, and a beanie and I was still dead ass freezing on my way to the gym. I had so many layers it took me 20 mins to change

My friend did therapy years ago and stopped going. He saw his therapist at a restaurant one day and the therapist acted like this man didn’t exist

Yeah ppl don’t understand u sometimes gotta try multiple ppl. Just cuz you paying them money and they are professional doesn’t mean it’s a good fit for you personally. But I understand that it’s not a linear process cuz that in itself is exhausting. Esp for having to reopen baggage alot to a new person can be draining if you do end up finding a second, third therapist etc. can be a turn off
