    repeating the same mantra till you zone out
    also just looking at the little dots when you close your eyes

    If u want to do it at home

    Get like a pillow under your ass or just sit against a wall, turn every electric device in the room off, if u like in a big city , put headphones with some calming music like water flowing

    Or do it outside , find a nice lonely spot

    And just close your eyes, and focus on nothing

    Psilocybin. It takes years and years of meditation for most of us to reach “Deep” meditation state. Shrooms could get u there faster though

    Don’t listen to those who say you need d**** to achieve it

    This I used to meditate for 20 minutes and when my mind was truly cleared out I be in this deep out of body type state around 15 minutes and at 20 my alarm would pull me out of it. Also I had only been meditating consistently for like a month.

    How? Do you sit and breathe with your eyes closed while on shrooms? I plan on taking them tomorrow or Thursday, wanna find the source of some of my issues and fix them
