nice. Ive been eating one meal a day for about three- four years. Since the pandemic really. I picked up a lot of weight during lockdown and had to make a lifestyle shift. Magic mushrooms made helped me make the shift.
I do occasionally snack on walnuts, raisins, chocolate but my meals are only once a day around 4-6 pm
