KIRi don't think it will take off in its real form in america cuz its too weird and spanish is much more spoken than portuguese but there's potential for it to influence some aspects

Yes, it's called Funk nowadays. But on the 90's it was called Funk Carioca because it was born on Rio. Then it spread to other states and now it's just called Funk. People abroad should call it Brazilian Funk and that's it.
