the labor owning class uses the government to force people to let them own the product of your labor because they get to be powerful
It’s in the laborer’s material interest to tear that system down

There are personal biases that cause people to be biased in favor of the capitalist class because of their own position in society
Then there are systemic reasons, based on funding and the fact that people who are rich have more resources to even be able to pursue politics in the first place
Then there are structural reasons in the class system itself, mostly in the form of capital strike that even cause socialist politicians not to go too hard against the interest of capital, like with the pink tide countries
