A communist movement would first have to prove itself as materially preferential to potential supporters so they can actually find interest it

If the people vote for socialism in the congress and executive we should have socialist policies, periodTaking state power requires more than just a majority in a representative body, you're gonna need the state's intelligence services and military etc to be loyal to your revolutionary movement as well instead of the old regime, or you're gonna get military couped in no time. The constitution would also need to be completely rewritten
These types of things aren't gonna be able to be achieved within the boundaries of the procedures of the established bourgeois democracy
