I currently use aloe Vera gel/ castor oil as a moisturizer/leave in conditioner, but I also have a bottle of cantu leave in conditioner that ive never used. Should I start using actual leave in conditioner or keep doing what I’m doing ?
put the leave in conditioner first then apply the oil to scalp and hair.
It’s long and messy, haven’t gotten it cut in like 3 months cause of the virus... don’t think I’ve ever let it grow this long, I hate it

i mean it looks decently healthy. i'd try at least every other day especially if its not you don't wanna take all the nutrients away
Out of laziness. I don’t feel dirty till day 2
i’d call you disgusting but i can’t act like i didn’t used to do that.
i’d say it depends on your hair type. My scalp gets dry fast so i wash every couple to three days and rigorously have to feed it nutrients or i’ll have flakes everywhere.
I shampoo like once a week. Cowash maybe every 3-4 days. Drying my hair is a b**** smh
I used to do nopoo but that didn’t work so then I used natural products and my hair didn’t like that so I’m back to head and shoulders
wtf is a co wash
I wash my hair a lot, but not always with shampoo. Shampoo dries my hair, so I stick to water and conditioner mostly
