Only JIK and V2 and maybe V1 will be seen as true "stains" in the long haul.
The only thing really "staining" Ye's legacy is stuff that has nothing to do with his music and that's been the case for a long time.
Soccer moms and casuals who hate on Ye do so because of the association with the Nazi or Trump stuff from infamous interviews, not because they actually took the time to listen to his whole catalog.

Prince and MJ are some of the best examples of "this doesnt matter for legacy at all". MJ before he died was absolutely demonized in the media and made fun of on all entertainment fronts. Prince was more mysterious but also was made fun of quite a bit--both of them died and nobody talked about anything but their music and incredible legacies in music. When Ye dies--nobody is going to say "man but he released Vultures 2!!

Anything from like beyond 10-15 years ago might as well not exists to most people under 30 lol I see it with movies and people posting their letterboards. MJ was absolutely HATED bro lol magazine covers everywhere, Scary Movies making fun of his plastic surgery and/or kid allegations. He died and it was all praise from that day on. We live in an era where everything is "what have you done for me lately?"--only when they are permanently gone(death) do people actually stop dissecting and trying to bring down entertainers and give them their flowers.
