Wow just realized this is top tier Kanye if it weren’t for all mine and yikes.
U spelt Wouldn't Leave wrong
Would be a much better album if it wasn't for all mine and yikes
Yikes arguably the best track ino
the ideas on it are great, but sonically his worst (until jik)
I only think its sonically lacking on all mine and wouldnt leave tbh other beats are great
Could have done with beats like white label and simple things or eveeything in place of those
I think Yikes is pretty weak and No Surprises feels like an underdeveloped demo, but it's pretty solid for what it is. Ghost Town is an all time classic that justifies this album's existence alone, and I think overall the album has a certain power that makes it worth more than the sum of its parts
I wouldn't call it a great album, but it's certainly not a bad one
the way I Thought About Killing You ends post-sample-removal is maybe the only section of kanye production that i don't at least find cool :(
luckily i got the old version saved (and the CD will always and forever have the old version )
does anyone like the more recent version's 2nd half beat more?
Yikes has great production
see this is why all the b****es f*** with ye
f*** what they talk about

this part's cool in general; dude is ranting over his own chorus lol

Nope...the sample removal made such a big difference for the worse :(
wouldn't leave is serene
at 2 mins there's that big swell of "i don't feel like she's mine enough" that's followed only by those quiet, bright synths
just some beautiful moments on this album fr
