Y’all think mike dean will ever work with Kanye again?
He almost got Mike Dean decapitated in Uganda and he still came back to work with Kanye
People's taste really in the gutter
Go back to dancing to Girls Want Girls man
Sorry Donda bottom tier Kanye
Come to life, Jail, LOTP, Praise God, 24, Moon, Lord I Need You
Top quality Yeezy tracks
Moon is so f***ing good.
And Ye's verse on Jesus Lord, while definitely not written by him, is awesome.
Lbh, Ye hasn't dropped a great solo project since "Yeezus" which was a decade ago.
His last classic was "MBDTF".
& the only Kardashian era record that's actually noteworthy was a joint effort with Cudi.
He still has glimpses of genius here n' there.
But he can't stay consistent throughout an album's run.
New music's always welcomed, but I'd be more than thrilled to get another "Pablo" esque project album outta' him from a quality standpoint.
& that's with him being at his absolute best nowadays actually homing into the music with no distractions.
If Kanye can make another album on the same level as "Donda" was, I would be totally satisfied. Donda was great to me.
Sorry Donda bottom tier Kanye
So still better than 95% of what's dropping?
Sorry Donda bottom tier Kanye
I'll take the bottom tier of the greatest artist which has songs like LOTP, Come To Life, Off The Grid, Believe What I Say, etc.
I only skip like 3 songs on the album and my most played album ever on streaming.
this revisionist history about donda being bad on this site is genuinely so confusing to me lmao
it’s a little bloated but there’s a lot of great songs on it, idk if it’s top tier kanye or anything like that but it’s some of his best work post-TLOP
Ye got lazy with structuring Donda, but a properly sequenced 20 track version of that album would be really good. Not as exciting as Pablo's 20 tracks but definitely high quality. All the bullshit got in the way of a solid album.

yup, the sequencing and ridiculous additions to the album such as 2 versions of Junya has ruined it's reputation

Keep those nazi mumble demos
I’ll keep ‘em all to myself if I could😋

Classic album
Yeezus is a classic.
If Utopia has proven anything it's that Yeezus is a classic. And not because of some half-baked comparison between the two, but because it demonstrates what genius level production looks like when combined with an actual personality
I'm a perennially jaded Kanye fan at this point, but this feels like a do or die album cycle where he either drops an undisputed classic or the whole thing falls apart Donda 2 style
