honestly i think most people will keep listening. they might not like the musician as a person, and are free to recognize that, but still want to hear the music they make. some go out of their way to listen illegally to make sure they don't get paid. the music industry is full of terrible of people, yet still have millions of fans

the only thing you'll find in common are these people and their music is still loved by many despite obvious wrongdoings

I don't care one bit for Kanye the person.

But I still f*** with the good music he puts out. If he drops good songs, I'll listen and I'll continue to listen to his past classics on my Spotify.

Many rappers aren't good people unfortunately. I still f*** with Dre's music despite him being a serial abuser. I still listen to Pac despite him being accused of rape. I still listen to MJ despite the molestation allegations. 12 Play is still one of my fave R&B albums despite what Kellz did. I still like some Carti songs despite him beating a pregnant woman.

It's def not easy for everyone to do, especially for people like Ye who crafted a clean cut and wholesome image early on but c'est la vie.

Even Marvin Gaye was accused of being a wife beater and a pedophile.

It's sad but sometimes it's just like that. I don't blame people for not f***ing with Ye's music cause of who he is. I get it. But I learned to have a nihilistic attitude towards the music industry and Hollywood in general while f***ing with the music and product on its own.
