It's real, filmed in Japan. It features Saint beating up some Japanese wrestlers, some of which are famous in Japan. Saint kicking a kid was the inspiration for the title BULLY, so him beating up ppl is the significance/meaning of the film I guess

he's saying:

• whoever his son kicked is not hurt and is putting on a show for the school's authorities
