Donda tough but I feel like itās carried by its collabs production and just the concept of a modern gospel trap epic, but not a lot of great Ye moments or depth aside from Ye just expressing his love for God
Thatās why I was never as high on it as some people on here, some people was ranking it higher than pre TLOP Ye and I was like how bruh lol. Iād rank it right below Bully personally.
I liked Donda at first more than TLOP too. TLOP I actually disliked when it dropped, it came after only classic albums and felt all over the place, although kinda intentional
Donda didnt age that great tho, compared to TLOP. It has amazing tracks but is way too bloated, the album doesnt flow as good cause of that
Bully flows way better, but will see how that holds itself over time

Here in israel this album gets played a lot , already heard several cars in my city bumping it . Refreshing to see , if jews forgave him everyone should

I think both Donda and Bully fall just short of his original run from CD to TLOP, he just couldnāt miss back then, those 8 albums including WTT would be hard for anyone to top
I do think they clear all his stuff since though including KSG. KSG is good and Feel the Love is generational but the album is too short and the other tracks arenāt mind blowing imo, just good
