I think Drake said that his album is ready, so Drake now is waiting too, I can't only suspect Ye for setting up this clash, but one way or another, I think there is like 97% chance that they are dropping on the same day.
You are suggesting that Ye played unfinished songs at listening parties and then all his camp was hyping up the drop just for lulz.
