Oanye was mad that Cim was flirting with Pascal even though Pascal never acted upon Cim's behaviours. this was documented on several occasions and that is why Pascal was reassigned to stay with Kourtney. because of this, Cim was alone with thousands of dollars worth of jerwely and cash. when the incident was first reported, Pascal was the first person there even in spite of being reassigned
this was a conscious decision made out of insecurity by Oanye because he was worried that Pascal would steal his wife, even though Pascal is incredibly loyal and noble so it wouldn't be in his character to do something like that
