My point is people do wear his clothes outside of "Mega Fans". I believe his fashion has had influence on the fashion industry. Maybe not as big as his music, but his line and venture did have impact and I think it's obtuse to believe otherwise. I am sure not as many people care about his clothing as much as his music, but I think his sales and continuation into fashion prove it may be more than just "Mega Fans" buying his clothes. I also think you saying his venture into fashion has been a net loss to his music is incorrect as he's been doing it since Graduation. Also would like to point out that I bought the shirt second hand (not paying 100s of dollars) and think some of the pricing is absurd, but like I stated in a previous post pricing wasn't in his control.

Anyone with a basic understanding of design can recognize that the early Skims' aesthetic is derivative of early the YZY season designs. Even if Ye didn't have a hand in Skims creative direction (which I doubt), it's abundantly clear Skims and YZY speak the same deign language.
