ELLOGUVNAI don't believe any of this. In Ye's last few appearances, he's looked completely zonked out. I think the Kardashians (or someone else close to him with interest) got to him, turned him into zombie land like was threatened, and now statements coming out are from their camp. He was messing with the money and the situation. And now he's part of the program.
