Scratchin MambaRight but the point about keeping money in the black community is essentially black capitalism. I'm not saying it's bad, it's a good thing, but the emphasis on it as if it will fundamentally change anything is what I disagree with.
And about the history part I mean maybe, depends on how he elaborates on it I guess and that's not really clear yet, we'll see
You have to understand the concept of velocity of money.
If you spend $1 on amazon it disappears and then it's gone into the clouds, the power of that dollar is gone
You spend $1 at your local family owned convenient store, they spend that dollar at the family owned restaurant, they spend that same dollar on at the farmers market etc.
That $1 stretches much further when you keep it in the community and creates a lot more economic activity and opportunity.
A lot of ethnic groups do this and it helps a lot
