It would depend on framing in court and whatever judge is interpreting it. They’re both gonna have elite lawyers so it’ll be interesting to see this play out legally.

It's just art. Not a threat. Certainly not abuse. But media illiteracy is at an all time high and the average consumer is genuinely too stupid to know the difference.
