i think there’s a version of TLOP that sounds like a futuristic club album more akin to what we hear today from arca rosalia and such
but he was so keen on being liked by the masses, he got metro boomin and other young modern rap producers to bring the sound closer to something palatable for that time
it def hindered a lot of that album. for me, it shows
