yesacI think he's publicly apologising for that reason but I'm confused about what he actually thinks
he normally has way too much pride to say he's bipolar and always attributes it to something else (sleep deprivation or stress), he'll apologise for something but saying he's bipolar is like his candyman for the past few years, so it makes me feel like he might actually be letting people help him
but like often happens he'll probably go back on it and stop taking medication/say he's not bipolar anymore at some point and start being antagonistic again

it's not to say he doesn't think those things outside of his bipolar ramped up moments (the Nazism, Jay-Z's family, Diddy/Cassy stuff) but I think his mental health was out of control the start of this year and he was clearly very distressed
The hard part for his mega fans would be separating the two and I'm not dying to be openly gushing about how great he is so I'm fine with it remaining ambiguous and hoping he doesn't hurt anyone else
