ye's rapping definitely fell off, but the artistry he showed on the highest points of Donda show he still has it imo

all he has to do is re-learn how to filter and keep a project focused and he can drop many more classics

also, "he's finished 10 songs in just the past week" and "he's really taking his time with this one" is as contradictory as it gets.
