I'd like to think the chaos is calculated but I think in recent years it's just being unorganised

He has the idea lined out but s*** changes. He also lies. Like Donda was never coming out after the first two listening parties considering we never saw CTL or BWIS til the third.
But also I think he overestimates how much he’ll be able to complete when he gives dates and deadlines and he does change his mind and scrap s*** a lot
