The motherfucker definitely wants fascism in the US, and he wants to be the first guy to pull it off. He becomes president again, he's 100% asking/saying "the people love me, why can't I do a third, fourth term, maybe stay in office forever" whether its true or not. He wants to start some kind of chaos, thats gonna leave the US weak and battered for a takeover.
