DONDA 2021 era was the only recent time where it felt like there was a glimpse of hope for a new, better direction but obviously that didn’t pan out.
I’m always going to love and respect his older music. His run from 2004-2016 is the greatest we’ve ever seen in this genre. But he’s pretty much washed now.
I think Donda 2020, Donda 2 and Yandhi leaks were all inspired. This new stuff sounds good as well. He still has is musically.
But I agree that Donda 2021 was probably his peak since 2013 and just overall extremely well done
