He should recreate them from scratch. Isn’t that a loophole? You have to pay for interpolation but not sampling?
Also just thinking out loud…
Did he really think that begging the labels for sample clearances was the way to go after trashing all his relationships? Or are sample clearances granted by the artist who is being sampled?
