I understand when you test your songs/albums to the public, and not being satistifed, so you refine your music, but he refines nothing because the songs just got finished when the album is out.

It's like he's looking to his computer, see 15-20 demos in his folder, and say "oh we got an album, let's announce it"

I've heard that Kanye was tweaking his albums till the very end even with early works, also you are forgetting that Rick Rubin said that Yeezus required months to finish when they had two weeks, TLOP wasn't finished as well.

So I think that my initial words are true, and also just to throw another thesis. 808 was autotune, MBDTF was perfect, Yeezus was anti-MBDTF (as Kanye saw it), and I think that everything post-Yeezus is kinda unfinished. Maybe Kanye likes that aesthetic of song being medium rare. So this process is a part of that gimmick which he is running since TLOP.
