Not passing too much judgement until I hear the full songs obviously - and the snippets so far sound good - they just don’t sound “incredible” and hope I’m pleasantly surprised.

My fear is that normally snippets that are teased are the best parts of the best songs off of albums. Hoping that’s not the case here - but I doubt the album is even close to finished as it is right now anyways so….

Didn't Ye say waaay back when during the "Pablo" era that he has a f*** ton of tracks with Ty along with the alleged 40 with K.Dot?

Or am I tripping?

Cause if so, those along with whatever they've done since then could easily be brought into fruition if they were already skeletons.

So we're getting a listening party for the collab & maybe he'll play tracks that are finished off his solo if we're lucky.

Ty said in an interview while back (i think he was promoting his jeremih collab lp) they had a completed project. I wonder if this was the one that was part of the 7 song mini album experiment? 😎

Listened through Pablo after a long while
Has incredible highs, doesn’t feel nearly as long as it is. Released Fade is so overproduced. Really preferred the Yeezy Season 2 version.

Feel like that was his last project where he was really in tune with the music.

It's a mesh mosh of sounds, but each track is unique & well produced.

That's when Ye began to slip a bit with his lyrical ability aside from 3 joints.

Aside from that, there's reason why people love that record.

Especially the average listener who doesn't really listen to Ye like that.
