Drake finally stepped outside the box with HN but folded under pressure and took the easy way out with Her Loss

Honestly Nevermind itself was pushed too quick cause he got inspired by working on Renaissance and wanted to get it out there before Bey when he should have spent more time on it. I still like it but yeah

He was letting the instrumental ride out for Massive I’m not kidding even I say there was not a sound being murmured in that arena

I just think he should’ve embraced it more personally

Honestly Nevermind just needed stronger melodies and less riffing

HN toured at intimate venues would’ve been generational

I don’t think artists understand how helpful small venue shows are for their general public standing and popularity

  • Imagine a setlist with an acoustic version of liability and Bahama Promises back to back

Honestly Nevermind with more musical structure and sharper vocals would have been a 10/10 for sure

Flights Booked is a gorgeous song

Scary Hours 3 was his best release since NWTS tho

I like it a lot but i’m talking about Calling My Name for example. He def should have kept the rap verse after the beat switch on there

That’s the type of Drake I love so much man. I want a full album of songs like that and Overdrive from him so bad

Drake treated HN like a weird step child he was ashamed of

His fans or just the basic Drake listernes can't get out of their comfort zone of the "Drake sound", so it is hard for Drake to make something different. Keeping the same recipe will always win with his fans. I love Drake's music and me personally would love him trying more deep house and 00's R&B stuff
