Production has really never been the issue for me throughout these past couple of years cause Ye is & always will be a producer first & foremost.
But his performances, lyrical content, & the whole "Jesus" phase was becoming so overwhelmingly taxing to a point where he was becoming the weakest part of his own tracks.
This time around? (although there are still some dumb f***ing bars on here) There are cuts that sound like 2010 Ye on here.
He just sounds rejuvenated here.
I'll always be critical of something, but I literally have not that much to complain about after last night.
"Everybody" & "Vultures" (though sounds better on the album) are really the only misses for me.
I love how the production's experimental too but stays sounding familiar (if that makes sense)
