    yeah that’s what bothers me about vultures is that they’re all great ideas, but i’m not sure they’re all fully fleshed out

    its sonically really consistent which is sorta like
    the antithesis to how pablo is structured

    and ik everybody’s different but i just prefer a more consistent sound tied to a record, its what he excelled at from TCD-Yeezus, and I find that Donda follows that tradition

    That is a part of Donda that I feel is very under appreciated. Tonally it's pretty damn consistent and the gloomy/spacey vibe is a nice theme for an album this late in his career. I predict that it sees a late resurgence in popularity the same way TLOP did honestly

    whoa you said zappa . i started a fz thread a while back, i listened to most of his recorded work

    del the funkee homosapien is supposed to have a fz sample project but that’s been years listed on wiki.

    a lot people have no idea smoke on the water is about a venue zappa was playing at and caught on fire

    deep purple saw the fire while they were recording st a studio , they saw the smoke & there you go 😎
