It's the streaming rules change tbh lol all those songs would've been #1 or at the very least top 5 with these current rules. Future generations are going to look back and believe Carnival was one of Ye's biggest songs

Billboard charts formula changed and started valuing streams. Why there is such a difference between rap numbers pre and post 2016. Drake had I believe no #1 records pre streaming rules--post streaming rules he's catching MJ
