Which bully thread poster is that
I love "TLOP" cause the music itself is great, but it not being sonically coherent, questionable lyrics, & a messy roll out gave us signs his mind was focused elsewhere.
Still the last great album we got from him.
“great” might be a stretch
the individual songs have very high highs
the rollout & hype surrounding the album was memorable to say the least
the album as a whole isn’t all that on its own though. it comes across as extremely unfocused, with Kanye himself being the worst part of many of the songs. for example, FSMH2 is literally just Panda with an off beat Kanye verse on it. Kanye contributes absolutely nothing to Waves. Fade would immediately go from 8/10 to 10/10 if you completely removed Kanye’s vocals. and the interludes add nothing to the album, they don’t even add to the experience to play through during full album listens.
best thing you could say about the album is that it sounds like Kanye was extremely unstable when he made it, which i think is intentional.
Ye that dude knew what he was doing. Slippery slide pipeline
He even coulda still picked a Ye quote if he wanted there's plenty that would fit in that kind of speech lol he picked that one for a reason
fs
Nobody would've cared either. Swear I seen another valedictorian use a regular Ye quote this year.
always the artsy girls
… who recognize when someone quotes Hitler praise?
dumbass dude just made the 2026 Ye reputation salvage project harder for no reason.

That's what I'm saying, like the songs themselves have that Kanye polish we're accustomed to, but the project was super scatter brained. Which kinda goes to the theme of the album battling between wanting to be a family man/man of God, or continue to delve into the riches of fame.
The album has it's own charm & is arguably his most mainstream success aside from Graduation.
Once we got to 2018 & the "ye" era, that's when things fell apart (for me)
(aside from KSG & DAYTONA)

that what makes the album great in itself. it goes wherever it wants to. like the outro of fml.
always the artsy girls
did she do something wrong?
She cooked that freak
She's real for that actually.
That dude was lame as f***. Even if you wanted to quote Kanye, there are literally hundreds of other more motivational quotes you could use that didn't come from the interview where he's praising Hitler.
These Yitler stans are shameless.
did she do something wrong?
I'm confused how the hell she even knew that it was from that specific interview, I would've had no idea
always the artsy girls
When did calling out Nazis become a bad thing?
no, im just saying it’s always them
always them doing what

that’s bc when she heard the interview, she was like “that’s a terrible thing to say” and etched it into her memory
however, when you heard the interview, you were like “classic ye, what will you think of next to trigger the libs?” and forgot about it

No, I didn't even watch that entire interview. I also stopped etching Kanye West quotes into my memory after like 2019 because every time he makes a public statement nowadays it's nonsense
That quote without the final two words sounds like a generic ass quote from literally anyone in history, the fact that she clocked what it was so quickly on the spot is a little weird is all I'm saying
Gross

she was horrified by the quote when Kanye said it, so she remembered it
you’re desensitized to it, so you didn’t
if anyone’s “a little weird” for that, it’s you
broccoli haired whites are gonna do what they do best
Guy is an idiot for using that quote
Girl rightfully called him out
I’m a Ye stan and this is still easy to see
Why is this a story lol
they let this dude be valedictorian![]()
