Directors cut Insider Scoop about the ending (copypaste from earlier post) " the perfect way to end it that final "tonight" was "last minute af" while trying to get the timing of the song right, as well as matching it to the clips i realized i had to cut out the first verse of that song so i cut up the song, edited the intro of the song so that hook plays immediately instead of the verse and THEN when i played that in Adobe BY CHANCE it caught my ear that he says "sing us a song TONIGHT" just a few seconds after the footage stopped so after hearing that, i trimmed the footage some more to time it so i could use that for an outro GENIUS AF it was SOOO CLOSE to not even being a thing tho "
