As a Yeat stan I’m always gonna feel like this the sellout Yeat album but I have to admit the overall production (not the rapping) is growing on me. It really is well done and really immersive. However, I still think a notable amount of the production choices on here don’t sound like they really fit Yeat, and it sound like it belongs on like a Childish Gambino album and even at times maybe a Lil Nas X one.

I still really think Yeat sacrificed a lot of his signature versatile flows, cadences and deliveries on this project though and I really don’t f*** with that. Those things are the reason I listen to Yeat endlessly besides his incredible beat selection.

Also I think the concept of this album is extremely hollow and is more like a vibe than an actual concept. Like saying “Dystopian societies on Silent Hill” is not conceptual imo. It’s just a vibe check.

It's wealy well dun and super dooper inmeersive, nya! Howevur, I stil thincc som of da produsctshun choicis hurr don't quite match Yeat-chan's vibez, nya.
