Still one of fav fav hoodies but that’s just so stupid. Don’t release a product till you’ve figured out ways to maximize its longevity. Not just in form but color.

My turtle doves came...... the box is smashed and torn on the side and there's 2 drops of like hot glue on the top. Incredible I've never had any boxes messed up

No way I'd get a replacement back if I returned them. They were sold out of my size so they're too small for me but I grabbed my moms size because I couldn't pass up buying turtle doves. But she says they're too expensive for her to keep so I'll just sell them as damaged box at some point

Yeah it was weird I'd never seen that before. The most annoying part is the box it shipped in was perfect so it was really messed up in their warehouse. But they know people would rather get the messed up box than not get it at all smh they got us in a lock. I heard they oversold the turtle doves too so I guess I'm lucky my order didn't get canceled probably got bottom of the barrel stock
